New website for our retail store.

Folks, we have a new website for our retail store. Since last few months we had been struggling to come up with a new design for our retail store website. We wanted to have simple layout so that our clients and viewers can see our work easily and also allow our craftsmen and project runner to have a platform to upload their work.

So here it is! our new website, www.hammerandsmith.com, no frills, just content. It goes with our over all rustic and simple design philosophy and its very simple to view. Not to mention its easy to maintain, leaving us more time to actually make products which you love.

The Story Of An Owl

Back in 2011, when I was in the process of launching my business, I was trying to build a brand identity and like any startup it was very confusing to make the logo and color scheme of the company. Since initially the focus was on designing products and processes, we didn't give too much attention to the brand and just started working as a brand under my name. Later in the year when we built some customer base and decided to register the company, we decided to build a proper branding strategy.

Our studio is the place where all the magic happens. It serves as both our office and retail space where customers can drop by to place their orders to make purchases.
